Eligibility & User Agreement

By accessing or using the Rejoy Tours platform or confirming a booking, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts, or
• You are acting as a parent/legal guardian for a minor, or with proper authorization on behalf of another individual or group.

Scope of Services

Rejoy Tours Pvt Ltd provides a range of curated travel services including:

Booking Process

Booking Confirmation

A booking will be treated as confirmed only when:

• You have agreed to the proposed itinerary and package terms
• Rejoy Tours has received the required advance payment
• You have received a written booking confirmation from Rejoy Tours

Right to Accept or Decline

Rejoy Tours retains the sole right to accept, decline, or cancel any booking request at its discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, incomplete information, or unavailable services.

Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Each traveller is solely responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa(s) and other travel permissions are valid and compliant with destination requirements.

Code of Conduct

All clients are expected to maintain respectful and responsible conduct:

• Be courteous to fellow travellers, guides, and service providers
• Respect cultural norms and laws of destination countries
• Comply with safety instructions and tour guidelines

Disruptive, unlawful or offensive behaviour may result in immediate termination of participation without any refund or compensation.

Limitation of Liability

Rejoy Tours acts solely as a travel organizer and booking facilitator. We coordinate travel packages but actual execution is carried out by independent third-party service providers.

Rejoy Tours shall not be liable for:

• Acts, omissions, or negligence of independent contractors
• Delays, cancellations, or force majeure events outside our control
• Personal injury, illness, loss of baggage, or property damage
• Failure to comply with immigration, visa, or health regulations

Force Majeure

Rejoy Tours shall not be liable for failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

• Natural disasters and extreme weather
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Strikes, riots, war, or civil unrest
• Government regulations or travel restrictions

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Alipurduar, West Bengal, India.
