Payment Policy

Advance Payment Requirements

For booking confirmation, an advance payment is required as follows:

  • Private Tours: 30% of the total trip cost
  • Group Departures: 20% of the total trip cost

This advance must be paid after finalizing the itinerary. Bookings will be processed only after receipt of this amount.

Important: If advance payment is not made within 7 days of itinerary finalization, quoted prices, accommodation options, and transport arrangements may change based on availability.

Accepted Payment Methods

Rejoy Tours accepts payments through the following modes:

  • UPI
  • Net Banking / Bank Transfers
  • Credit or Debit Cards
  • Cash (only upon prior approval)
  • Cheque (subject to prior confirmation and clearance)

All transactions must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). For international tours, the Rate of Exchange (ROE) applicable on the date of final payment will be used for billing purposes.

LRS Compliance & PAN Requirements

In accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS):

  • All international bookings require valid PAN details of the traveller
  • PAN must be provided at booking or by the deadline communicated by Rejoy Tours
  • For minors, PAN of parent or guardian is mandatory
  • Traveller confirms foreign exchange usage remains within RBI prescribed limits

Non-Compliance: If foreign exchange usage exceeds thresholds before processing, Rejoy Tours will be compelled to cancel the booking and process a refund per the cancellation policy.

Tax Collected at Source (TCS)

In accordance with Section 206C(1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961:

  • Client shall be liable to pay TCS on overseas tour packages at applicable rates
  • TCS is over and above the base package price
  • Valid PAN required for each traveller at time of booking
  • Invalid or incorrect PAN may result in booking cancellation

TCS Declaration

Clients may be required to submit a duly filled TCS Declaration Form as prescribed by Rejoy Tours to facilitate compliance and accurate reporting to tax authorities.

Taxes & Price Revisions

  • Any increase in government taxes or levies after booking will be borne by the client
  • Changes may be applied without prior notice and could have retrospective effect
  • Foreign exchange rate differences between booking and payment will affect final amount
  • ROE on date of payment determines final payable amount

Non-Refundable Components

Certain elements are governed by third-party providers and are completely non-refundable once booked:

  • Visa processing fees
  • Special hotel deposits
  • Event or attraction tickets
  • Activity add-ons or upgrades

These components are also non-transferable and cannot be refunded even if the main tour qualifies for partial refund or credit note.

Payment Security

Security Warning:

  • All payments must be made exclusively to official Rejoy Tours Pvt Ltd bank accounts
  • Never make payments to personal accounts of staff or third parties
  • Never share banking credentials, OTP, PIN, or card details with anyone
  • Report any suspicious payment requests immediately

Rejoy Tours shall not be liable for losses arising from payments made to unauthorized accounts or from sharing confidential financial information.

Payment Conditions

  • Payment policy is strictly non-negotiable
  • Travellers must comply with prescribed amounts and timelines
  • Payment timelines may vary based on destination requirements or peak periods
  • Confirm applicable schedule with travel consultant before booking
