Cancellation Policy
General Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your booking at any time by notifying Rejoy Tours in writing through our official communication channels. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or official WhatsApp.
Important:
- No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances
- The advance deposit is strictly non-refundable
- Cancellation fees are final and non-negotiable
Domestic Package Cancellation Schedule

Cancellations Initiated by Rejoy Tours
In rare events where Rejoy Tours must cancel or reschedule a tour, the following terms apply:
- We will provide timely notification of any changes to your itinerary
- Alternative travel options will be arranged where feasible
- Credit notes or partial refunds may be issued subject to vendor policies
- We are not liable for indirect arrangements (flights, visas, insurance) affected by changes
Group Tour Minimums
All group departures require a minimum of 12 full-paying participants. If this threshold is not met:
- We may offer alternative dates, tours, or customized packages
- If alternatives are declined, credit notes or partial refunds may be provided
- Non-refundable elements (flights, visas, permits) will be deducted per vendor terms
Force Majeure Cancellations
In cases of Force Majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government restrictions), Rejoy Tours may need to modify or cancel tour itineraries.
- Refunds or credit notes will depend on vendor policies and feasibility
- No refunds for indirect travel services affected by these changes
- Alternative arrangements will be made where possible
Specific Cancellation Scenarios
Visa Denials
Cancellation fees apply to all scenarios including visa denials. We recommend applying for visas well in advance and ensuring all documentation is complete.
Medical Emergencies
For cancellations due to serious illness or accident, valid medical certificates must be provided. At our discretion, credit notes for future travel may be issued.
No-Shows
Failure to show up for departure results in 100% forfeiture with no refund or credit note eligibility.
Refund Policy & Processing
General Refund Policy
No Cash Refunds Policy
Rejoy Tours operates a strict no cash refund policy. When applicable, we will issue credit notes for the recoverable portion of bookings after deducting non-refundable expenses.
Credit Note Terms
- Validity Period: 6 months from date of issuance
- Usage: Must be used within the validity period for new Rejoy Tours trips
- Transferability: Credit notes are transferable to other travellers
- Full Value Usage: Complete credit note value must be used in a single booking
- Restrictions: Non-refundable, cannot be used for flights, visas, or third-party services
Non-Refundable Components
The following components are completely non-refundable once booked:
Travel Services
- Airfare and flight tickets
- Visa processing fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Airport/railway transfers
Accommodation & Activities
- Special hotel deposits
- Event or attraction tickets
- Activity add-ons or upgrades
- Special permits and licenses
Refund Calculation Process
Domestic Tours:
Credit Note = Total Package Cost - Cancellation Charges - Non-Refundable Components
International Tours:
Credit Note Value = Calculated based on Rate of Exchange (ROE) on cancellation date

Special Refund Scenarios
Medical Emergencies
- Valid medical certificate from registered practitioner required
- Credit note may be issued at company's discretion
- Standard non-refundable components still apply

Company-Initiated Changes
- Full credit note for land portion of the tour
- Alternative arrangements offered where possible
- Expedited processing within 15 business days
- No liability for independently booked services (flights, visas)
Refund Limitations:
- Rejoy Tours cannot recover charges imposed by third-party vendors
- Currency conversion losses in international bookings are not compensated
- No interest is paid on delayed refunds or credit notes
- Maximum liability limited to amount paid for Rejoy Tours services only
Refund Processing & Final Settlement
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment account or banking instrument
- For international trip cancellations, credit note value calculated based on ROE on cancellation date
- Processing timeframes depend on vendor refund policies and banking procedures
- Rejoy Tours is not responsible for recovering third-party vendor charges
Dispute Resolution
For refund-related disputes:
- Contact Customer Success Team within 15 days of issue
- Provide all relevant documentation (booking confirmations, payment records)
- Allow 48 business hours for initial response
- Escalation to Destination Manager and VP Sales if required
- Final decisions are binding and at company's discretion
