1. Booking Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 2 Months Before the Trip: 20% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation 1 Month Before the Trip: 30% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation 15 Days Before the Trip: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling of trips will be considered on a case-by-case basis after reviewing all necessary details.
  • Additional charges may apply for rescheduling.

3. Itinerary Changes During Hill Station Travel

  • The itinerary may be subject to change in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Changes may be made with or without prior consultation with the client.

4. Group Tour Policy

  • For group tours joined by participants from across India, all activities and plans will follow the itinerary provided.
  • If any traveler suggests an additional point of interest to be included or removed from the itinerary, a group vote will be conducted to decide on the inclusion or removal.

5. Accountability for Missed Sightseeing Points

  • Make It Rejoy Travel will not be held accountable for any sightseeing points missed due to group delays or time restrictions during the trip.

6. Health and Safety Issues

  • Make It Rejoy Travel will not be held accountable for any health issues or incidents that occur during the trip.

7. Reporting Issues

  • Any issues that occur during the trip must be reported to the company immediately. The company will not be accountable for any issues that were not reported during the trip.

8. Damages to Property

  • Travelers are responsible for any damages they cause to hotel property or vehicles during the trip and will be required to pay for the damages.

9. Unpredictable Vehicle Issues

  • Make It Rejoy Travel will not be accountable for any issues arising from natural or unpredictable damage to vehicles.

10. Delays and Uncontrollable Circumstances

  • The company will not be accountable for any delays or issues on the way to the airport caused by uncontrollable circumstances or if the traveler starts the journey late.

11. Travel Documents and Requirements

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, Voter Card) and meeting any health requirements (e.g., vaccinations) before the trip.
  • Make It Rejoy Travel will not be accountable for any disruptions or cancellations due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

12. Travel Insurance

  • Travelers are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. Make It Rejoy Travel will not be accountable for any losses or costs not covered by travel insurance.

13. Behavior and Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during the trip. Any misconduct that causes disruption or harm to others may result in the traveler being asked to leave the tour without a refund.

14. Force Majeure

  • Make It Rejoy Travel will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, and government regulations.

15. Payment Terms

  • Full payment for the trip must be made by the specified due date. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation fees.

16. Privacy Policy

  • The personal information of travellers will be handled in accordance with the company’s privacy policy. The information will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the trip.
